We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible, and will generally upgrade your shipping for free in case of a significant delay. However, we do not guarantee the shipping time of an order, and in case of a delay, whether our fault or for reasons beyond our control, we do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages.

Pricing and Typographical Errors
Due to the price changes of the ethnic/imported food industry in other countries such as Turkey, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may not be priced accordingly. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, MediterraMarket.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect price, we will immediately refund your card and cancel your order. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to. Due to the volatility in pricing for ethnic food products, we do not match competitor's pricing and we will not offer price protection.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from MediterraMarket.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Should there be shipping errors, MediterraMarket.com will offer reasonable assistance in the correction of that error. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery carrier. You must file any such claims with that delivery carrier.
